Alex is a missionary from San Diego with a deep love for Venezuela. On August 17th, she departs for a six-month mission trip with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Bolívar, a state bordering the Amazon. She will spend the first three months discipling girls in their faith, then the following months walking alongside them in ministry — whether in Venezuela or Guyana — including possible earthquake relief work. The total cost is estimated at $5,000 (airfare, food, lodging, and ministry expenses), plus $1,100 to bless a student by covering their school tuition.
